Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEPTIN14P13 RNA is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SEPTIN14P13 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher SEPTIN14P13 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEPTIN14P13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUSC are the cancer types where SEPTIN14P13 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
