Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEPTIN14P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SEPTIN14P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher SEPTIN14P1 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEPTIN14P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUAD, SKCM, and PAAD are the cancer types where SEPTIN14P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
