Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEPTIN11 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SEPTIN11 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SEPTIN11 mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEPTIN11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as GBM and COAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, LSCC, and GBM are the cancer types where SEPTIN11 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
