Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEPTIN11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,709 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Caveolin-mediated endocytosis, Regulation of Golgi inheritance, and Response to oscillatory fluid shear stress. Each is linked with SEPTIN11 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN11-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN11 results are reported.
