SEPTIN10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPTIN10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,252 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PACSIN2, TAF6, and SEC13. Each is linked with SEPTIN10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN10-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
