SEPTIN10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEPTIN10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,614 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPTIN10-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBL4A, INTS5, and LFNG. Each is linked with SEPTIN10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPTIN10-to-partner and partner-to-SEPTIN10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPTIN10→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPTIN10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
