Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPSECS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,050 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEPSECS-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLRX3, HMGA1, and GARS1. Each is linked with SEPSECS in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPSECS-to-partner and partner-to-SEPSECS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEPSECS versus GLRX3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPSECS→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPSECS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
