SEPSECS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPSECS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,552 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPSECS-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P3, RNA5SP73, and MIR4659A. Each is linked with SEPSECS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPSECS-to-partner and partner-to-SEPSECS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AQP7P3 grouped by SEPSECS-low versus SEPSECS-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPSECS→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPSECS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
