SEPSECS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEPSECS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPSECS-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLEC9A, NPVF, and OR4D5. Each is linked with SEPSECS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPSECS-to-partner and partner-to-SEPSECS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLEC9A grouped by SEPSECS-low versus SEPSECS-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPSECS→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPSECS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
