SEPHS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPHS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,200 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPHS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJA3, SBF1, and RBM47. Each is linked with SEPHS2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPHS2-to-partner and partner-to-SEPHS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEPHS2 versus DNAJA3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPHS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPHS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
