Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SEPHS1P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SEPHS1P6 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher SEPHS1P6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SEPHS1P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and LGG show a favorable association.
CESC, ACC, and LGG are the cancer types where SEPHS1P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
