SEPHS1P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPHS1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,266 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPHS1P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AHSG_S138, PDS5A_T1208, and QSOX1_S426. Each is linked with SEPHS1P2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPHS1P2-to-partner and partner-to-SEPHS1P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEPHS1P2 versus AHSG_S138 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPHS1P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPHS1P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
