SEPHS1P1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPHS1P1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,533 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPHS1P1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1164P, ATP8A2P1, and RNU6-1089P. Each is linked with SEPHS1P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPHS1P1-to-partner and partner-to-SEPHS1P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1164P grouped by SEPHS1P1-low versus SEPHS1P1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEPHS1P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEPHS1P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
