Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPHS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,149 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPHS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOD2, PRPF18, and UPF2. Each is linked with SEPHS1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPHS1-to-partner and partner-to-SEPHS1 results are reported.
