Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEPHS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEPHS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, 4E-BP1_pT37_T46, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with SEPHS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPHS1-to-partner and partner-to-SEPHS1 results are reported.
