Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEPHS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,984 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEPHS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA replication initiation, Lagging strand elongation, and Chromosome segregation. Each is linked with SEPHS1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEPHS1-to-partner and partner-to-SEPHS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DNA replication initiation grouped by SEPHS1-low versus SEPHS1-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
