SENP8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP8-associated genes across cancer lineages are A-Raf_pS299, MEK1, and MYH11. Each is linked with SENP8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP8-to-partner and partner-to-SENP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, A-Raf_pS299 grouped by SENP8-low versus SENP8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
