SENP7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,155 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HDGFL3, PPIF, and YME1L1. Each is linked with SENP7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP7-to-partner and partner-to-SENP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SENP7 versus HDGFL3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
