SENP7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,325 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLRB1, TUBA1C, and ZNF831. Each is linked with SENP7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP7-to-partner and partner-to-SENP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SENP7 versus KLRB1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
