SENP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, PDCD4, and ATM. Each is linked with SENP7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP7-to-partner and partner-to-SENP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by SENP7-low versus SENP7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
