SENP7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SENP7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 660 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZIC3, SLC25A17, and FZD3. Each is linked with SENP7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP7-to-partner and partner-to-SENP7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZIC3 grouped by SENP7-low versus SENP7-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP7→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
