SENP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,677 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PAK2, FXR1, and PCYT1A. Each is linked with SENP5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP5-to-partner and partner-to-SENP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SENP5 versus PAK2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
