Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,485 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SENP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ21, RNU6-709P, and MIR549A. Each is linked with SENP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP5-to-partner and partner-to-SENP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ21 grouped by SENP5-low versus SENP5-high in HNSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
