Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SENP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, TSC1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SENP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP5-to-partner and partner-to-SENP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PDCD4 grouped by SENP5-low versus SENP5-high in UCEC.
