SENP5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SENP5 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAK1_8709, MK-8776, and 5-Fluorouracil. Each is linked with SENP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP5-to-partner and partner-to-SENP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JAK1_8709 grouped by SENP5-low versus SENP5-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
