SENP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,553 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, TMEM97, and CCDC34. Each is linked with SENP3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP3-to-partner and partner-to-SENP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SENP3 versus CYTH4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
