Across TCGA cell cohorts, SENP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,777 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Telomere assembly, Mitochondrial large ribosomal subunit assembly, and Regulation of translation at synapse, modulating synaptic transmission. Each is linked with SENP3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP3-to-partner and partner-to-SENP3 results are reported.
