Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SENP2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SENP2 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher SENP2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SENP2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where SENP2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
