Across TCGA cell cohorts, SENP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,622 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of centrosome location, RNA destabilization, and mRNA destabilization. Each is linked with SENP2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP2-to-partner and partner-to-SENP2 results are reported.
