SENP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,510 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYG1, CDK9, and DDX23. Each is linked with SENP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP1-to-partner and partner-to-SENP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SENP1 versus MYG1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
