Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SENP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,964 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SENP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZBTB39, SCML2, and MAGOHB. Each is linked with SENP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP1-to-partner and partner-to-SENP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SENP1 versus ZBTB39 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SENP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SENP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
