Across TCGA cell cohorts, SENP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,165 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SENP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear transport, Nucleocytoplasmic transport, and Regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with SENP1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SENP1-to-partner and partner-to-SENP1 results are reported.
