Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 416 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of flagellated sperm motility, Negative regulation of cilium-dependent cell motility, and Negative regulation of cilium movement. Each is linked with SEMG1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMG1-to-partner and partner-to-SEMG1 results are reported.
