Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA6C RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,109 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA6C-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, SEC23B, and TCIRG1. Each is linked with SEMA6C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6C-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA6C versus VEZF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA6C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA6C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
