The most reproducible SEMA6C-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPB1, SRSF3, and ACVR2B. Each is linked with SEMA6C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6C-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6C results are reported.
