Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA6C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,772 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA6C-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ31, CEACAM19, and RNU6-383P. Each is linked with SEMA6C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6C-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ31 grouped by SEMA6C-low versus SEMA6C-high in COAD.
