Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA6C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,542 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA6C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Positive regulation of DNA repair, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with SEMA6C in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6C-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by SEMA6C-low versus SEMA6C-high in OESOPHAGUS.
