Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA6C protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,080 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA6C-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHKA2, ERLEC1, and POLD2. Each is linked with SEMA6C in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6C-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA6C versus PHKA2 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA6C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA6C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
