Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA6C mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 680 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA6C-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM2, PRSS58, and LRIT2. Each is linked with SEMA6C in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA6C-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA6C results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM2 grouped by SEMA6C-low versus SEMA6C-high in OVARY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA6C→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA6C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
