SEMA4D

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4D RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,363 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA4D-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SASH3, SEMA4D_S788, and SEPTIN6. Each is linked with SEMA4D in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4D-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA4D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA4D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
