SEMA4D

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4D protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,863 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA4D-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ24, PPP1R16B, and IL26. Each is linked with SEMA4D in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4D-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4D results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA4D→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA4D) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
