Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA4D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,917 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA4D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of inhibitory synapse assembly, Positive regulation of inhibitory synapse assembly, and Recombinational repair. Each is linked with SEMA4D in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4D-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4D results are reported.
