Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,338 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS12P26, CIB1, and PLCL1. Each is linked with SEMA4B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4B-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
