Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,820 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are UNC13B, RNU7-30P, and LIN7C. Each is linked with SEMA4B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4B-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA4B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA4B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
