Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA4B-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Notch1, and Rictor_pT1135. Each is linked with SEMA4B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4B-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
