SEMA4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,977 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA4A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DEF6, DOCK8, and SEMA4D. Each is linked with SEMA4A in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
