Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA4A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,459 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SEMA4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL23AP82, C19orf54, and NCAPG. Each is linked with SEMA4A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
