SEMA4A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,327 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA4A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPFIBP2, GRHL2, and TMPRSS13. Each is linked with SEMA4A in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA4A→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA4A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
