Across TCGA cell cohorts, SEMA4A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,376 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA4A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of excitatory synapse assembly, Response to indole-3-methanol, and Cellular response to indole-3-methanol. Each is linked with SEMA4A in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA4A-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA4A results are reported.
