SEMA3G

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SEMA3G RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,493 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SEMA3G-associated proteins across cancer lineages are KANK3, RASIP1, and SPTBN1. Each is linked with SEMA3G in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SEMA3G-to-partner and partner-to-SEMA3G results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SEMA3G versus KANK3 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SEMA3G→partner) and Y-score (partner→SEMA3G) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
